If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we allow you to request a refund under the following conditions: If our printing services do not meet your expectations, you may request a reprint up to two times, as your satisfaction is important to us. If you remain dissatisfied and wish to pursue a refund, your request will be evaluated by senior management. The refund amount will be determined based on the progress of the project and the reasons for your claim.

• ✔ Marketing Services (e.g., Print Marketing, Promotional Materials): Refunds for our marketing services are not accepted. These services require advance payment and involve a detailed planning process. Once we receive your approval to proceed, all refund requests will be denied.
• ✔ Printing Services: Printing a book involves various steps, such as formatting, editing, and design. Therefore, this service is non-refundable. Once the printing process begins, customers cannot cancel their orders, and no refunds will be granted.

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and offer free revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Customers have 5-10 days to express concerns and request changes. Requests made after this period will not be considered. The following rules apply to our revision policy:

• ✔ Printing Services: A specific number of revisions will be included in your contract, allowing us to fine-tune the work until it meets your standards. Beyond the allotted revisions, additional changes will incur extra charges.
• ✔ Other Services: Revision requests for marketing and publishing services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The scope and nature of the agreement will dictate how revisions are handled.

• ✔ Minor Errors or Technicalities: Refunds are not available for minor issues, such as small grammatical errors, typographical mistakes, slight discrepancies in word count, or the presence of references.
• ✔ Client-Related Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the client, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
• ✔ Low Word Count: Refund requests based solely on a lower-than-expected word count will not be entertained.
• ✔ Failure to Submit Concerns: Refunds will not be considered if the client fails to raise concerns about the delivered work.
• ✔ Additional Requirements or Unreasonable Demands: Refunds are not available for delays caused by the client introducing new requirements or making unreasonable demands after the order has been placed.
• ✔ Exclusion of Tips: Tips given to our team members or writers are non-refundable.

• ✔ Before Starting The Project: If the client decides to cancel and request a refund before work on their project has begun, they must do so within one business day of placing the order. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email.
• ✔ After Starting The Project: Refund requests made after the project has started will only be considered if the client has utilized at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund may be granted.

• ✔ On-Time Delivery Guarantee: bookprinting.ae guarantees timely delivery. However, if unforeseen or unfortunate circumstances cause a delay, and the client has made at least three attempts to contact our service, a 50% refund will be issued. The client must provide documented evidence showing that the delay was due to our fault.
• ✔ Client-Related Delays: Refunds for late deliveries are not applicable if the delay is due to the client's actions.
• ✔ Mutual Agreement: All refund disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement between the client and bookprinting.ae.
• ✔ Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds or future discounts may be offered as compensation.

We strive to provide high-quality printing services that align with our clients' objectives. We welcome feedback and are willing to reassign or reprint the work to ensure full satisfaction. Refund requests will only be considered if the client has requested at least three revisions in documented form and has communicated their concerns to our support or project management team on at least three occasions within a two-week period. All communication, updates, and delivery-related matters should be conducted through our official email, project management tool, or assigned contact numbers. Be cautious of calls or emails from unverified sources claiming to represent our company. bookprinting.ae is not responsible for any scams or fraudulent activities from such sources.

The bookprinting.ae site, including its logo, trademark, domain name, and all interactive features, is legally registered under our name. Users are strictly prohibited from distributing, modifying, transferring, downloading, or reposting any part of the website content for commercial or personal gain without explicit permission. Content produced by our team remains our property until full payment is received. Ownership rights are transferred to the client only once the project is completed, and all dues are settled.
